Submit Claim Online

The VLT site where you won will pay cashout tickets up to $2,500 and an exchange ticket is printed to claim the remaining amount.  An exchange ticket up to a maximum of $5,000 can be claimed online.  Submit all items included in the checklist with your online form.  You will receive an email confirmation upon submission and after your claim submission is reviewed and validated, a cheque will be mailed to you.

Online Claim Submission Checklist

  • Supported File Types: JPG, PNG, PDF, JPEG (less than 5MB in size)
  • Image of the front of the exchange ticket (signature field must be complete)
  • Image of the back of the exchange ticket (redemption form must be complete)
  • Image of one government issued photo identification
    • Driver’s license, SGI issued identification card, Indian status card, firearms license identification or passport

Exchange tickets up to a maximum of $5,000 can also be claimed by Mail and exchange tickets of any value can be claimed at the Payout Centre.

Cashout tickets cannot be redeemed online.
